​This is Derby Day, so come along and get in the mood for the Melbourne Cup at this event which is guaranteed to be fun and informative.
​​​You will be presented with 4 glasses of different champagnes from the house of Bernard Brémont situated in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay. These will be perfectly matched with food prepared by Michael, the head chef at The Bourbon.

​Charles Hargrave, the sole importer of these unique champagnes and recognised as one of Australia's leading authorities on sparkling wine production, will lead you through the tasting of these marvellous wines. You will gain a deeper understanding of champagne and, more particularly, of the wines of Bernard Brémont.

​Champagne can be ordered on the day with delivery guaranteed in time for Melbourne Cup. There will be a ​20% discount​ to the web price for wines ordered on the day.
